Form Data Processing
The information you provide in the inspection request form is transmitted directly to DAREX management via secure email using our SMTP infrastructure. We do not use third-party form collection services. This information is used exclusively to evaluate your request and contact you regarding the project. You may optionally share photos, videos, and locations via WhatsApp later. Please do not submit any unnecessary identification documents, banking details, or highly sensitive information through the form.
1. Information you provide
The enquiry may include your name, country of residence, phone number, email, property location, property type and a short description of its condition or requested work.
2. How the enquiry is sent
This is a static website and does not store the enquiry in a database. When you submit, the site prepares a WhatsApp message if configured, or an email message as the fallback contact channel.
3. Purpose of use
The information is used to review the request, assess possible service availability and contact you about a property inspection or potential project.
4. Sensitive information
Do not send unnecessary identity, banking or other sensitive documents. Property photos, video and location can be shared after direct communication begins.
5. Third-party services
WhatsApp and email providers are independent services with their own policies and terms. DAREX does not claim control over how those providers process information.
6. Measurement Tools and Digital Advertising (Meta Pixel)
This site may use Meta Pixel (ID: 1774748423568192) to measure site visits and inspection requests and to improve digital advertising campaigns. The tool is loaded only after explicit user consent.
The tool tracks general events such as: page views, viewing the inspection request section, and completing a successful request. Personal form content (name, phone, email, property details, budget) is never sent to Meta.
Meta may process some device and browser data under its own privacy policy. You may reject or withdraw consent at any time.
