Sample Project Agreement
The following are the key components included in our final agreements to ensure clarity regarding scope and budget for both parties:
1. Parties and Property Details
Clear identification of the client, property location, size, and current condition.
2. Scope of Work
Comprehensive detailing of included works (design, renovation, furnishing) and explicitly excluded works.
3. Materials and Sourcing Model
Specification of material origins (local Sudan sourcing or Türkiye sourcing) and agreed quality levels.
4. Stage-Based Payments
Payments tied to clear, achievable milestones (e.g., upon signing, upon completion of finishing works, etc.).
5. Additional Works and Variations
No extra work requiring additional costs will be executed without the client's explicit written approval.
6. Progress Reports and Handover
Mechanism for regular reporting (photos/videos) and the final inspection and handover procedure.
7. Safety, Access, and Force Majeure
Conditions for a safe working environment and contract protection under exceptional circumstances.
The final signed contract between the parties is the only legally binding document for the execution of works.
